• 2013 Dry Riesling: A true Finger Lakes classic, this Riesling has aged gracefully into a wine of true elegance. The 2013 vintage benefited from a dry, sunny September and October, allowing the grapes to ripen fully and develop exceptional concentration. Very versatile at the table.
• 2018 Dry Riesling: Vibrant yet textured. Ripe peach and apricot notes carried on a creamy finish, thanks to 8 months aging on lees. The 2018 season brought warmth and humidity (challenging for managing disease pressure), but careful vineyard management and winemaking yielded a wine that is both expressive and refined. Chill it down for a refreshing aperitif, or pair with roast poultry, spicy curries, or creamy cheeses.
• 2018 Sauvignon Blanc: Bright and inviting. Juicy ruby red grapefruit flavors framed by a round, creamy texture. The challenging 2018 growing season demanded precision in the vineyard and cellar, resulting in a wine with vibrant fruit, lifted aromatics, and a polished mouthfeel. Perfect for pairing with grilled seafood, fresh greens, or simply sipping on a sunny afternoon.
• 2019 Albariño: Crisp and expressive. Juicy peach, delicate floral notes, and a clean, refreshing finish. Harvested in early October after a dry, warm September, the grapes were fermented cool and aged on lees for 5 months to build texture and complexity. The result is a wine that’s as lively as it is elegant. Ideal with fresh shellfish, Mediterranean dishes, or enjoyed on its own.
