Gain confidence in pairing wine with cheese! Try 4 FLX cheeses alongside 4 Billsboro wines to understand what goes together, what doesn’t, and why. Learn the histories and flavors of various cheese styles and get to know the farmers and cheese producers that make the Finger Lakes an emerging world-class cheese destination.

Class and tasting is led by local sommelier, cicerone, and cheese aficionado, Erin Phillips.

Participants leave Billsboro with a wealth of information and materials to reference for future party planning.

Tickets are encouraged & are $25/person.
All cheeses will be available for purchase. Attendees receive a 10% discount on all wine purchases after class.
