Join us on June 21st from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM in the tasting room for an evening of wine, food, and connection as you collect your June allocation. This exclusive Wine Club gathering is a chance to mingle with fellow members, spend time with the Billsboro team, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated pairing menu featuring the winemaker’s selected wines.
Throughout the evening, guests will be able to move through pairing stations at their own pace. Whether you come with friends or meet new faces along the way, we hope you’ll settle in, sip, and enjoy a relaxed evening celebrating the season and our club community.

Grilled asparagus & charred zucchini with whipped ricotta, pistachio basil pesto, and pickled shallot
