Learn the histories and flavors of various cheese styles and get to know the farmers and cheese producers that make the Finger Lakes an emerging world-class cheese destination.

Class and tasting is led by local sommelier, cicerone, and cheese aficionado, Erin Phillips.

Participants leave Billsboro with a wealth of information and materials to reference for future party planning.

Tickets are encouraged & are $25/person.
All cheeses will be available for purchase. Attendees receive a 10% discount on all wine purchases after class.
